Why does my card decline when I try to order?
CashApp cards and prepaid gift cards will always decline on our website. To place an order through the site, you must use a real debit or credit card. Please refer to our other forms of payment that we accept.
Make sure your shipping and billing information is typed correctly at checkout.
What other forms of payment do you accept?
If you do not have a debit or credit card, you can place an order using:
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Venmo
- Zelle

What does the packaging look like?
We currently offer two packaging options:
- Standard Shipping: packaged in a plain black bubble mailer.

- Discreet Shipping: packaged in an Amazon-branded bubble mailer.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: typically 3–4 days on average.
- Skip the Line Shipping: typically 2–3 days on average.
Shipping times can vary, so check your tracking number for the most accurate estimate.
What will show up on my bank statement?
Your bank statement will display: “PG Delivery”.
Will I be asked to sign upon delivery?
No. Packages are delivered directly to your mailbox or left at your door.
